What a Walkthrough Looks Like
One call, about an hour, on a video link. You bring the documents your center already has and you watch Emberbase set your programs up from them, in your program names and on your eligibility rules. By the end of it you will know whether this fits the way your center works, and you will have a price, because the price is published.

Whatever describes your programs and who is eligible for them. A handbook, a policy, a grant narrative, even a one page summary. It does not have to be tidy.

How many people a program served this year. What it has spent. Whether the file would survive a review. We will show you where each answer lives.

Do Not Bring Consumer Records
Not yet. Nothing about a real person enters the system until a data protection agreement is signed. The walkthrough uses your documents and demonstration data only.
