What It Costs
Emberbase starts at $5,000 a year and never costs more than $25,000. Where you land in that range depends on the size of your center. Getting set up, including moving your records over from your current system, costs the same as your first year, paid once. After that it is the annual price and nothing else.

Setup and migration is a one time fee equal to your first year. Prices are rounded to the nearest $250.

Why Does the Price Depend on Our Size?
Because a center serving two thousand people a year across several offices asks a lot more of the software, and of us, than a center with one office and three staff. Sizing the price to the organization keeps it fair at both ends, and a small center is never paying for scale it does not use.
What Happens When We Grow?
Nothing changes when you hire someone or open an office. The price is set for the organization, not per person or per site.
Is There a Contract?
An annual agreement. We send you the terms before you commit to anything, and your data is yours to take with you if you ever leave.
Does This Need to Go Out to Bid?
That depends on your own procurement policy. If it follows the federal threshold, purchases under $15,000 can usually be made without a formal bid process. A published price also gives you the documentation a reviewer expects to see.
